水轮发电机滑环磨损故障原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 黄河万家寨水利枢纽有限公司龙口水电站5号水轮发电机转子上滑环(正极滑环)在运行过程中发生了严重磨损故障,造成发电机组运行时相关部件温度偏高、碳刷磨损量大。通过检测碳刷运行电流、测试压簧压力等分析试验,认为故障是因碳刷压簧设计压力不均衡且低于工作压力等因素造成的。通过更换滑环、增加碳刷数量、更换压簧等改造工作,最终解决了滑环磨损严重的问题,保障了机组的安全稳定运行。 No.5 hydro generator rotor had a serious slip wear fauh in operation process in Longkou Hydropower Station, resulting in high temperature on the related components of unit, and large amount of carbon brush wear. By detecting the brush running cun-ent and testing the pressure spring pressure, thought that the fault reason was that the design pressure of carbon brush pressure spring was not balanced, lower than the working pressure and other factors. By replacing the carbon brush, increasing the number of slip rings, replacement pressure spring transformation, finally solved the wear problem of slip rings, guaranteed the safe and stable operation of units.
