摘要 某220kV变电站110kV线路零序过流保护误动,分析其原因为:该线路间隔L3相电流互感器接线盒入口处破皮,造成二次回路两点接地,同时系统发生接地故障,最终导致该线路零序过流保护误动。针对以上原因,从基建改造、日常维护、设备巡视等方面提出整改措施。 Analyzed the causes of a 110 kV line zero-sequence protection maltunctioning in the 220 kV substation. The cable was broken at the entrance of junction box on the line bays of the L3 phase current transformer, resulted in the two-point grounding on the secondary circuits, and a ground fault in the primary system occured, which eventually led to the zero-sequence overcurrent protection malfunctioning. Thus, put forwad corresponding rectification in measures from capital construction and transformation, daily maintenance,and equipment patrol.
