摘要
针对某台300MW机组主蒸汽管道的下沉问题,通过检查支吊架、测量管道规格、核算管道质量等方法,确定管道的下沉原因为支吊架设计载荷与管道实际质量不匹配,支吊架的设计载荷不足以承受管道质量。通过管系应力计算,分析了管道下沉对管道应力以及机组安全运行造成的危害。依据各吊点载荷计算结果,通过更换支吊架、增加支吊架的实际输出载荷,有效解决了管道下沉故障,消除了影响机组安全运行的隐患。
Aiming at the subsidence problem of main steam pipe on a 300 MW unit, through examing the hanger, measuring pipeline specifications, accounting pipeline quality and other methods, confirmed that the sinking reasons were the actual pipeline quality did not match the design load of the hanger, and the hanger was not strong enough to bear the pipeline quality. Based on the stress calculation of pipe system, the damage caused by the pipe sinking to the pipeline stress and the safe operation of the unit was analyzed. On the basis of the lifting point load calculation results, increased the actual output load by replacing the hangers, effectively solved the problem of pipeline sinking, eliminated the influence on the safe operation of the unit.
