摘要
提出了一种采用前馈线性化技术的短波放大器设计方法,介绍了前馈线性化技术的基本原理,研究了该方法在放大器设计中的应用,探讨了在工程实现中存在的问题及解决办法,使用仿真软件ADS构建电路模型,对放大器进行了仿真及优化设计,制作了一个短波高线性前馈放大器样件,对样件进行了指标测试并与主放大器进行对比,详细分析了测试结果,验证了这种方法的可行性。
This paper presents a design method of short wave amplifier using feed forward lineariza- tion technique, introduces the basic principle of feed-forward linearization technique, studies the ap- plication of this method to amplifier design, discusses the existing problems and solutions in the en- gineering realization, uses simulation software ADS to build circuit model, performs the simulation and optimization design to the amplifier, makes a short wave high linear feed-forward amplifier sample,tests the sample indexes and compares it with main amplifier,analyzes the test results in detail, verifies the feasibility of this method.
