贵州省黄磷产业回顾与“十三五”期间发展方向

Review of Yellow Phosphorus Sector in Guizhou Province and Outlook for Its Development in "The 13^(th) Five-Year Plan"

回顾了贵州黄磷工业的发展及黄磷生产创新技术对国内和世界的贡献,指出了贵州黄磷产业存在的不足和解决的办法,提出了转变观念、理论联系实践,技能创新、因地制宜,湿热并举、循环经济的发展理念,认为在宏观经济先行趋势下,贵州黄磷产业如何改革发展、如何升级定位,是政府、特别是企业在"十三五"期间发展战略上应该高度重视的问题。

A review of the development of the yellow phosphorus sector in Guizhou and the contribution by its innovative technology for yellow phosphorus production to the country and the world. The deficiency in the yellow phosphorus production in Guizhou and some countermeasures are pointed out. A development idea is proposed to transform the concept,combine theory with practice,achieve technological innovation,fit in to the local conditions,carry out parallel development in wet proces and thermal process,and achieve circular economy. It is considered that led by the macro-economy,how to reform and develop the yellow phosphorus sector in Guizhou,how to update and position it,is an issue that deserves high attention from the government,particulary the businesses,in the development strategies during'the 13^(th) five-year plan'.
