摘要
通过对半水法磷酸装置萃取反应系统的理论热量计算,分析半水法磷酸装置萃取反应系统的热能逸出理论依据,从而得出从萃取尾气及反应料浆中提取出多余的热能并加以利用的结论。该理论的转化实施,将使得半水法磷酸工艺技术彻底摆脱额外热能的供给,也将使得半水法磷酸工艺技术较其他方法的湿法磷酸工艺技术具有明显的节能效果、经济效益及环保效益。
The conclusion to extract excess thermal energy from the extraction tailgas and reaction slurry and utilize is obtained through theoretical heat calculation for the extraction reaction system of the hemihydrate-process phosphoric acid plant,and analysis of the theoretical basis for thermal energy emission from the extraction reaction system of the hemihydrate-process phosphoric acid plant. The conversion and implementation of the theory will eliminate additional heat supply for the hemihydrate-process phosphoric acid plant,and will also offer the hemihydrate-process phosphoric acid plant with significant competitive edges against other wet phosphoric acid processes in terms of energy efficiency,economy and environmental protection.
