摘要 针对分段制造到货的大型塔设备,由于制造过程的偏差造成现场组对时对口间隙超标,提出了采用加垫板焊接工艺及空中预组装地面处理两种方法的结合,完成现场组对和焊接工作,经检验和试验满足了大型塔设备现场组焊要求。 For large towers which arrive in prefabricated segments,excessive end clearance may happen during field welding due to deviations in the manufacturing process. A combination of two methods is proposed,as welding with a backing plate and pre-assembly at height while taking treatment on the ground,in order to finish the field assembly and welding work. Through inspection and testing,it satisfies the requirements for field welding of large towers.
