川恒化工区域水处理系统的技改优化

Technical Revamp and Optimization of Water Treatment System in Chemical Area of Chanhen

贵州川恒化工股份有限公司通过对厂区水处理系统的技改优化,使外排水实现了达标排放,2015年全年外排水平均ρ(P)为2.89 mg/L、ρ(F)为12.39 mg/L、pH为6.84、ρ(CaO)为347.03 mg/L。该系统的成功经验,为区域水环境的改善和治理打下了坚实基础,也可作为其他磷化工企业水治理的参考。

Through technical revamp and optimization by Guizhou Chanhen Chemical Co.,Ltd. for the waste treatment system in the plant,the discharge water meets the discharge standards. In 2015,the yearly average ρ(P) in the discharged water is 2.89 mg/L,ρ(F) is 12.39 mg/L,pH is 6.84,ρ(CaO) is 347.03 mg/L. The successful experience from this system paves the way for improvement and treatment of the water environment in this area,and also provides a reference for the water treatment by other phosphate enterprises.
