高压水泵控制系统的优化改造实践

摘要 分析了某公司供水站高压水泵控制系统经常出现高温烧蚀、触头振动、启动异常等情况,使供水系统不能正常连续、稳定运行,严重影响着公司硫酸和矿石的生产销售,且对相关大型设备的安全稳定运行也造成较大影响,通过现场反复研究测试和各相关参数对比分析,最终制定出科学合理的解决方案并成功进行了改造实施,既降低了水泵控制系统关键元器件的运行温升,同时也大大提高了水泵控制系统的运行可靠性和稳定性,保障了下游各用水系统的连续稳定水量供给,减少了维修工时和员工的劳动强度,增加了一定的社会效益和经济效益。 Frequent issues occurred in the high-pressure water pump control system in the water supply station of a company are analyzed,including high-temperature burn through,probe vibration,abnormal start,etc.,which have rendered the water supply system unable to run normally in a continuous and stable manner,and consequently poses serious impact on the production and sale of sulphuric acid and ore of the company. Major impact is also posed on the safe and stable operation of relevant large-sized equipment. Through repeated tests and studies on site as well as comparison and analysis of relevant parameters,a reasonable solution is developed and the revamp is implemented successfully,which reduces the operating temperature rise in key components of the water pump control system,and also significantly improves the operating reliability and stability of the water pump control system,thus ensuring continuous and stable water supply to downstream water users,minimizes maintenance manhours and workload by the staff,and also brings certain social and economic benefits.
