摘要
借鉴气象部门的雨量监测数据质量控制方法和经验,结合我国高速铁路雨量监测系统采用非接触式雨量计的特点,研究提出我国高速铁路雨量计监测数据的质量控制方法。通过综合运用缺测检查、内部一致性检测、界限值检测、时间一致性检测和空间一致性检测等技术方法对高速铁路雨量监测数据进行检测,有效识别有问题的监测数据,使实时上传的雨量监测数据质量得到改善,从而为高速铁路洪水灾害的预警以及灾害分析提供准确和可靠的决策信息。
Based on the quality control methods and experiences of meteorological departments for rainfall monitoring data, and combined with the characteristics of the rainfall monitoring system which uses non- contact type pluviometers for high speed railway in China, the quality control methods of high speed rail- way gauge monitoring data in China are proposed. Through the integrated use of missing data detection, internal consistency detection, threshold detection, time consistency detection and space consistency detec- tion, the rainfall monitoring data of high speed railway are detected. The proposed methods can effectively identify problematic rainfall monitoring data, which can improve the quality of rainfall monitoring real-time upload data. Accordingly, it can provide accurate and reliable information for the decision-making of flood disaster warning and disaster analysis of high speed railway.
