摘要
以生态视角下生态系统和生态平衡为理论依据,采用自编的调查问卷对随机抽取的武汉市10所农村幼儿园中的190名幼儿教师进行调查。根据调查结果分析了武汉市农村幼儿教师流动的现状,并从幼儿教师个人属性、幼儿教师家庭生态环境以及幼儿园生态环境三个方面分析了影响其流动的生态因子。在此基础上,主张社会、幼儿园以及家庭三方携手共建幼儿教师合理流动的生态环境。
This research takes ecosystem and ecological balance of ecology theory as theoretical tools, investigates 190 preschool teachers from ten kindergartens in Wuhan on a random sampling basis. Depending on the survey results , we analyzes the present state of the teacher turnover and the reasons of the teacher turnover from three aspects about individual factors of teacher, familial enviro- ment, kindergarten enviroment and social enviroment. On the basis of that, we put forward an argument to establish the ecological envi- ronment of reasonable techer turnover in the kindergarten through society, kindergarten and family hand in hand.
