再论高校辅导员工作课程化——兼谈高校通识课程教学与辅导员实际工作融合

Re-exploration on the Curricular Work of College Counselors

高校辅导员工作课程化是基层辅导员的首创性思考和实践,就是指将辅导员的实际工作彻头彻尾彻里彻外转化成课程。相应的辅导员角色形象、思维方式和履职模式应遵循课程建设的规律加以转化。推动辅导员工作课程化的根本动力是辅导员工作场域——学校以及辅导员服务人才培养的职能定位所决定的。辅导员实际工作与思想道德修养与法律基础、形势政策教育、心理健康教育、就业指导、国防与军事理论等通识课程教学的融合是辅导员工作课程化的实现路径。

Curricular work of college counselor is an original combine of grass-root college counselors＇ intellection and practice, through which counselors would be able to thoroughly transfer their practice into curriculum. The basic motivations promoting it are the jobsite of counselors and their job position of cultivating talents. There are several General Selected Courses, such as Cultivation of Ethic Thought and Fundamentals of Law, Mental Health Education, Occupational Guidance, Theory of National Defense and Military . To fuse these curriculums into their practice is the essential approach to curricular work.
