摘要
现存的应急物资调度系统,在大型物资进行调度过程中,存在调度效率低,容易陷入局部最佳解等问题。因此,设计基于数据挖掘技术的大型应急物资调度系统与应急物资调度系统结构,其由应急物资调度指挥站、应急物资节点和应急物资信息系统构成。分析了应急物资调度系统流程、数据挖掘的实现过程以及数据挖掘技术在大型应急物资调度系统中的具体应用过程。系统通过动态滚动式应急资源配置模型以及数据挖掘算法服务代码实现应急物资的有效调度。实验结果表明,所设计系统的应急总成本和总调度成本都较低,具有较高的调度精度和收敛速度。
The existing emergency supply scheduling system has low scheduling efficiency, and is easy to fall into local optimal solution in the process of large material dispatching. Therefore, a large-scale emergency supply dispatching system based on data mining technology was designed. The structure emergency supplies scheduling system was designed, which is composed of emergency supply dispatching command station, emergency supply nodes and information system. The flow process of emergency supply dispatching system, implementation process of data mining and application of data mining technology in the largescale emergency supply dispatching system are analyzed. The dynamic rolling emergency resource allocation model and service code of data mining algorithm are adopted in the system to achieve effective dispatching of emergency supplies. The experimen- tal results indicate that the total costs and total operation cost of the designed emergency system are low, and the system has the high dispatching precision and high convergence speed.
