摘要
当前设计的小型恒压控制系统在恒压工作模式下的控制精度低,并且稳定性较差,存在明显的弊端。因此,设计基于嵌入式ARM处理器的小型恒压控制系统,系统的硬件以S3C2440芯片为控制核心,通过主控芯片的外围接口扩展硬件电路,采用具有细分控制技术的电机驱动器和S3C2440芯片的PWM定时器,对步进电机转速进行精密恒压控制。采用模块化思想设计系统的硬件模块,主要包括主控模块、存储模块、数据采集模块、电机驱动模块、通信模块等。系统实现部分给出了系统主程序流程,以及采用模糊PID智能控制算法实现恒压输出控制的过程。实验结果表明,所设计系统具有较高的控制精度和稳定性。
The currently-designed small constant pressure control system has low control precision and poor stability in con- stant voltage mode. Therefore, a small constant pressure control system based on embedded ARM processor is designed. The system hardware takes the S3C2440 chip as its control core, and extends its hardware circuit through the master control chip peripheral interfaces. ThePWM timer of motor driver and S3C2440 chip with subdivision control technology is used to carry out the precision constant pressure control of stepping motor speed. The hardware modules designed with the idea of modularization include master control module, memory module, data acquisition module, motor drive module, communication module, etc. In System Realization Paragraph, the main program flow of the system and the process of constant voltage output control realized with the fuzzy PID intelligent control algorithm are given. The experimental results show that the designed system has high control accuracy and stability.
