乳胶基质硝酸铵析出量快速测定方法研究

摘要 甲醛法是目前工业生产中常用的测定铵态氮的方法。目前,乳胶基质硝酸铵析出量采用的是甲醛法测定。本文通过实验,研究了一种新的测定方法,用直接电导法测定乳胶基质硝酸铵析出量,该法操作流程简单,不用化学试剂,比甲醛法节约时间,环保,能快速测定,用于指导乳化炸药的实际生产,提高产品质量,保证产品的储存期。 Formaldehyde analysis is one of the most common methods of determining ammonium nitrogen in industrial production. Currently the determination of precipitation quantity of emulsion matrix based on aqueous ammonium nitrate adopts formaldehyde method. This paper studies a new way of determining the precipitation quantity by using direct conductance method. This method is simple in terms of operation procedures and does not use any chemical reagent. In comparison with the formaldehyde method, it saves time, protects the environment, determines the precipitation quantity rapidly, therefore it is useful in guiding the production of emulsion explosives and is capable of enhancing the product quality and storage life.
