攀枝花市河门口公园规划建设中存在的问题与对策

The Existent Problems and Counter-measures in the Construction Planning of Hemenkou Park in Panzhihua

河门口公园是攀枝花西区唯一的综合性公园。由于年代久远,建造初期缺乏合理的规划设计,建成后缺少维护和改造,使得它在功能上已经无法满足市民的需求。然而其园内数量极多的三角梅开花后十分壮观,已成为攀枝花市一景,极具开发利用价值。本文将针对该公园在规划建设中存在的一些问题提出通过合理布局,科学分区;深入挖掘文化传统,体现地域特色;破除围墙,建"开放式"公园;加强基础和配套设施的建设等措施,将其改造成一座极具地方特色的公园,更好地为辖区市民服务,为攀枝花市创建"阳光花城"发挥更大的作用。

Hemenkou Park is the only comprehensive park in the West District of Panzhihua. Because of its old age; the poor initial programming and designing; the lacking of maintenance and reconstructions in the past years, the park no longer functions well in terms of satisfying the needs of local citizens. However, when oceans of bougainvilleas come into blossom and constitute a spectacular view in the park which is worth of development and utilization. This thesis proposes some solutions, including reasonable layout and zoning; exploring the tradi- tional cultures to reflect the regional features; breaking down the walls to make it open and enhancing the con- struction of the basic and matched facilities, to make it a distinctive regional park. The brand new park can serve the citizens well and to be of better help in constructing Panzhihua into a city of sunshine and flower.
