食品转基因定性检测的方法验证研究

The Study of Verification of the Qualitative Method for GMO Foods

按照欧盟联合研究中心欧盟网络转基因实验室方法验证工作组编制的指南文件要求,对SN/T1204-2003《植物及其加工产品中转基因成分实时荧光PCR定性检测方法》进行方法验证,分别验证了DNA提取质量、方法的重复性和相对检出限3个指标。验证结果显示:选用的DNA提取试剂盒提取质量合格;相对可重复性标准偏差均<25%,重复性良好;相对检测限为0.2%转基因含量。因此,该指南文件在实验室进行方法验证中具有指导作用。

According to the requirements of Guidance document from the European Network of GMO laboratories（ENGL）,we verificated SN/T1204-2003 Protocol of the real-time PCR for detecting genetically modified plants and their derived products,including DNA extraction,repeatability and LODrel. Results showed that DNA extraction kit is qualified. RSDr 25% and LODrel is 0.2% GMO content. The guidance is applicable for laboratory to do verification when introduce new method and when the method changes.
