对“进口车用汽油质量评价要求”标准修订的研究

Research on the Revision of "Requirements on Quality Evaluation of Import Gasoline for Motor Vehicles" Standard

通过对标准修订内容的阐述,了解标准共引用了51个文件;进口车用汽油(Ⅳ)按90号、93号和97号3个牌号分类,(Ⅴ)按89号、92号、95和98号4个牌号分类;规定表1中硫含量≤50 mg/kg、烯烃含量≤28%、锰含量≤0.008 g/L,表2中硫含量≤10 mg/kg、烯烃含量≤24%、锰含量≤0.002 g/L、20℃密度为720 kg/m3-775 kg/m^3;既提高了进口车用汽油质量要求与市场准入门槛,也对国外车用汽油生产商与贸易商将产生一定影响;为我国进口车用汽油在质量评价要求上提供了依据。

Through illustration of revision of the standard,it is acknowledged that 51 documents are referenced by the standard. Import gasolines for motor vehicles （IV） are categorized by No.90,No.93 and No.97,while （V） are categorized by No.89,No.92,No.95 and No.98. In Table 1 ,it is provided that sulfur content is no more than 50 mg/kg,olefin content no more than 28% ,manganese content no more than 0.008 g/L. In Table 2,it is provided that sulfur content is no more than 10 mg/kg,olefin content no more than 24%,manganese content no more than 0.002 g/L,20 ℃ density lies between 720 kg/m3-775 kg/m3. The revision of the standard not only raised the quality requirements and market access threshold of imported gasoline for motor vehicles ,but also had certain impacts on foreign manufacturers and traders of gasoline for motor vehicles. The standard provides a basis for the requirements of quality evaluation for China＇s import gasoline of motor vehicles.
