摘要 500k V及以上主变压器高压套管头部故障导致主变压器强迫停运一直是威胁变压器安全运行的重要隐患。首先,从故障内因及外因两个方面探讨套管头部密封失效机理。其次,通过典型案例对主变压器高压套管头部故障特征进行分析。最后,针对故障产生的内外因给出预防主变压器高压套管头部密封失效的防范措施及建议,对运维检修过程中排查治理变压器隐患具有一定的指导意义。 The forced outage of the main transformer caused by high voltage sleeve head fault of 500kV and above is an important hidden danger for safe operation of the transformer. In this paper, the failure mechanism of sleeve head seal is firstly discussed from both internal and external factors. Then the char- acteristics of high voltage sleeve head fault of the main transformer are analyzed through typical cases. Preventive measures and suggestions are finally proposed according to the internal and external causes of the fault, which are helpful to control the hidden danger of the transformer in maintenance.
