摘要
某燃气机组在停机过程中经常出现中旁压力控制品质恶化现象,通过对中旁压力控制异常原因分析,发现由于逻辑设计存在漏洞,导致机组停机过程中中旁调阀的控制模式转换不及时,调阀开启过慢,引起中旁压力高异常。通过对控制参数的修改初步解决了该问题,对于进一步优化亦提出建议方案。
A gas-steam generator often appears bypass pressure control quality deterioration during shut-down period. Based on the analysis of pressure anomaly, it's found that the control mode of adjusting valve switching not in time caused by the loopholes in the logical design. Because the adjusting valve opens slowly, the pressure of bypass system in intermediate pressure cylinder appears high value anomaly. Through to modify the control parameters, the problem has been resolved provisionally. This paper also puts forward the proposals for further optimization.
