摘要
当前火力发电仍是我国重要的发电形式,而除氧器作为发电厂汽轮机的重要辅机设备,其工作状态的好坏直接影响发电机组的安全稳定运行。本文结合现有除氧器水位控制的先进理念,分析当前机组水位控制方式存在控制单一、能耗较大的缺点,同时提出了优化后的水位控制逻辑。分析发现经过优化降低了除氧器上水调阀节流损失和凝泵变频电耗,充分发挥了优化后控制方式的优越性和节能效果。
Currently, thermal power generation is still an important form of generating electricity in Chi- na. Deaerator is an important auxiliary equipment of steam turbine in the power plant, and its working condition has a direct effect on the safe and stable running of the generator. In accordance with the ad- vanced idea of deaerator water level control, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of sole control and large energy consumption of current water level control mode and puts forward optimized water level control logic. It shows that optimization can reduce the throttle loss of valve and the frequency conversion power consumption of condensate removal pump, which gives full play to the superiority and energy saving effect of the optimized control mode.
