摘要 传统传热中的无相变传热由于低下的换热效率,在工业技术飞速发展的今天逐渐地暴露出了越来越多的缺陷及不足。因此,基于此形势,如何实现管壳式换热器传热效率的有效提升,也就成为当前摆在人们面前的一项重要课题。沸腾传热作为一种相变传热形式,其传热相率相比无相变换热要明显较高,所以在未来的发展过程中,沸腾传热也必将成为一种主流趋势。基于此,本文就基于沸腾传热的机理,针对管壳式换热器沸腾传热工艺进行了分析和说明,希望能够为后期的相关工作有所帮助。 Due to the low heat transfer efficiency, the traditional heat transfer has been exposed to more and more defects and shortcomings in the rapid development of industrial and technological world. Based on this situation, how to effectively enhance the heat transfer efficiency of the shell and tube heat ex- changer has become an important issue. The boiling heat transfer is a phase-change heat transfer. Com- pared with no-phase-change heat transfer, the heat transfer rate of boiling heat transfer is significantly higher. Therefore, the boiling heat transfer will become a mainstream trend in the future. Based on the reasons referred to above, based on the boiling heat transfer mechanism, this paper has made an analysis and design of the heat transfer nrocess of shell and tube heat exchanger.
