摘要 某电厂2号发电机在2015年机组C修中发现汽端端部上层有三根线棒局部磨损严重,经现场检查确定是由于发电机汽端气隙隔板绝缘螺杆磨损断裂脱落,掉落的螺杆卡在线棒之间,运行中螺杆与线棒之间长期磨擦导致,由于检查处理及时,避免了一次定子绝缘事故。文章通过分析确认定子线棒磨损原因,推断绝缘螺杆脱落过程,并从现场施工、试验、维护等方面提出防范此类事故的措施。 During the C level maintenance in a power plant in 2015, it was found that there was serious abrasion with part of the three wire bars at the upper end of the steam turbine of Generator No. 2. The on- site inspection confirmed it that the insulated screws of the baffler on the side of the generator close to the steam turbine were abraded, fell and got stuck between the wire bars, causing abrasion during a long- term operation of the generator. The timely inspection and correct treatment freed this power plant from a stator insulation accident. This paper analyzes causes of the abrasion, infers the shedding process of the insulated screws and then proposes preventive measures from the aspects of field construction, test and maintenance.
