摘要
对广西47位"最美"乡村小学教师的报道进行内容分析,发现他们典型的专业特征是:扎根式地坚守岗位,关爱学生胜似亲人,教学有效、建校如家。之所以呈现出这些特征根源在于他们深厚的乡土情怀,以及慷慨无私、勤奋好学、认真负责、乐于沟通的典型性格品质。研究结果启示:乡村优秀小学教师的培养选拔时应注重考查其情怀品质,对他们的培养应区别于城镇卓越小学教师,考虑其多样性的发展途径。
According to the content analysis of the reports of "the most beautiful country teachers" in Guangxi, those forty - seven most beautiful teachers possesseommon professional characteristicssuch as : holding fast to position, caring about students, teaching effectively, and devoting tothe development of school. The roots of these characteristicsare their deep feelings for the native land, together withtheir generosity, hardworking, responsibility and willingness of communication. The paper suggests that moral qualities should be emphasized in thecuhivation and selection of excellent elementary school teachers, which should be distinguished from the urban selection, tak- ing the diverse development paths into account.
