空气波压力治疗仪用于预防剖宫产术后产妇双下肢深静脉血栓形成的可行性研究

Research on the Feasibility of Intermittent Pneumatic Compression to Prevent Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs After Cesarean Section

目的分析空气波压力治疗仪对于剖宫产术后产妇双下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防作用。方法选取2015年1月至2016年6月于我院接受剖宫产术的高危(存在血液高凝状态)产妇250例,随机分为两组各125例,其中对照组术后使用常规治疗,治疗组术后在对照组基础上使用空气波压力治疗仪治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果干预后,治疗组产妇的术后双下肢DVT发生率显著低于对照组,下肢肿胀指数及疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,血清D-二聚体水平显著低于干预前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论空气波压力治疗仪可预防剖宫产术后产妇双下肢DVT发生,有效改善下肢临床症状。

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of intermittent pneumatic compression for deep venous thrombosis（DVT） of lower limbs after cesarean section. Methods 250 cases of high-risk pregnant women with hypercoagulable state who received cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 125 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group received routine therapy,while the treatment group received intermittent pneumatic compression therapy on the basis of routine therapy. The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the incidence of DVT of lower limbs of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the swelling index and pain score of lower limbs were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.05）. After intervention,the serum D-Dimer level of treatment group was significantly lower than that before intervention and that of control group（both P0.05）. Conclusions Intermittent pneumatic compression can prevent the incidence of DVT of lower limbs after cesarean section,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of lower limbs.
