摘要
目的通过CT血管造影研究原发性肺癌患者的支气管动脉影像特征,观察64层螺旋CT血管造影、三维重建技术在肺癌诊治中的作用。方法以67例确诊的原发性肺癌患者为研究组,同时随机抽取60例经CT检查肺部无任何病变者为正常组,采用64层螺旋CT胸部增强扫描获得原始图像,采用后处理技术重建观察。结果研究组的支气管动脉显示率为95.52%、BA支数为131支,明显高于正常组的63.33%、78支(P<0.05)。研究组的左肺BA管径、右肺BA管径、左肺BA总截面积、右肺BA总截面积均显著大于正常组(P<0.05)。结论 64层螺旋CT血管造影及三维重建技术可较好地显示肺癌供血血管及血供状况,是诊断与评价肺癌血供一种无创伤性、简便、有效的方法。
Objective To observe the effect of 64-slice spiral CT angiography and three dimensional reconstruction technique in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer by exploring the characteristics of bronchial artery(BA) of CT angiography in patients with primary lung cancer. Methods 67 cases of patients with confirmed primary lung cancer were selected as study group,and 60 cases without lung lesion confirmed by CT were randomly selected as normal group. All cases received 64-slice spiral CT chest enhanced scan to obtain the original image,and post processing technology was used for reconstruction. Results The display rate of BA of study group was 95.52%,significantly higher than 63.33% of normal group,and the number of BA of study group was 131,significantly more than 78 of normal group(both P〈0.05). The BA diameter of left lung,BA diameter of right lung,total cross-sectional area of BA of left lung,and total cross-sectional area of BA of right lung in study group were significantly more than those in normal group(all P〈0.05). Conclusions 64-slice spiral CT angiography and three dimensional reconstruction technique can show the supply artery and blood supply of lung cancer,which is a noninvasive,simple and effective method for diagnosis and evaluation of blood supply of lung cancer.
