自拟温补脾肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者对其肺功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Self-Made Warming-and-Tonifying-the-Spleen-and-Kidney Prescription on the Lung Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Phase

目的探讨自拟温补脾肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者对其肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取COPD稳定期患者50例作为研究对象,随机均分为两组。常规组给予常规西药治疗,干预组在常规组基础上加用自拟温补脾肾方治疗。结果治疗后,干预组患者的FVC、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC水平及6MWT距离均显著高于常规组,生活质量评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论采用自拟温补脾肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,可显著改善肺功能和临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of warming-and-tonifying-the-spleen-and-kidney prescription on the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods 50 cases of patients with stable COPD were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with routine Western medicine,while the intervention group was given warming-and-tonifying-the-spleen-and-kidney prescription on the basis of routine Western medicine. Results After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group,the distance of 6MWT was significantly longer than that of control group,and the score of quality of life was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Warming-and-tonifying-the-spleen-and-kidney prescription for the treatment of stable COPD can effectively improve patients＇ lung function and clinical symptoms,and improve patients＇ quality of life.
