阿托伐他汀联合速效救心丸对老年冠心病患者血脂的作用

Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Quick-Acting Kyushin Pills on the Blood Lipids of Senile Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究阿托伐他汀联合速效救心丸对老年冠心病患者血脂的作用。方法选取2014年3月至2016年3月期间我院收治的82例老年冠心病患者作为作为研究对象,随机分为两组各41例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀控制血脂,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合速效救心丸控制血脂。治疗1个月后,观察两组患者的血脂情况和肝肾功能指标。结果观察组的血脂指标(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的肝肾功能指标(ALT,BUN,SCR)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用阿托伐他汀联合速效救心丸对于血脂的控制更为有效。

Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin combined with quick-acting kyushin pills on the blood lipids of senile patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 82 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March2014 and March 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group. The control group received atorvastatin to control blood lipids,while the observation group received atorvastatin combined with quick-acting kyushin pills to control blood lipids. After one month of treatment,the levels of blood lipids,and liver and kidney functions of two groups were observed. Results The levels of blood lipid indicators including TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（all P〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found between two groups in the liver and kidney function indicators including ALT,BUN and SCR（all P〉0.05）. Conclusions The joint use of atorvastatin and quick-acting kyushin pills is very effective in controlling patients＇ blood lipids.
