糖化血红蛋白水平与冠状动脉病变程度相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法选择我院2013年3月至2016年8月期间收治的冠状动脉造影阳性患者160例作为冠心病组,另选取同期行冠状动脉造影正常的患者160例作为非冠心病组。检测两组患者的肝功能、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及HbA1c水平,采用冠状动脉狭窄程度积分评估患者冠状动脉病变程度,分析HbA1c与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。结果冠心病组的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、CRP以及HbA1c水平均与非冠心病组有显著差异(P<0.05)。HbA1c与冠状动脉病变支数、冠状动脉Gensini积分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HbA1c水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度呈显著正相关,监测HbA1c水平可有效判断冠心病患者的冠状动脉病变程度,对治疗预后有重要预测价值。 Objective To study the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) level and severity of coronary artery lesions.Methods 160 cases of patients with positive coronary angiography admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to August 2016 were selected as coronary heart disease(CHD) group. 160 patients with normal coronary angiography were selected as non-CHD group. Hepatic function,C-reactive protein(CRP) and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) were measured in all patients. Coronary artery stenosis degree was evaluated by coronary artery stenosis score. The correlation between HbA1c and severity of coronary artery lesions was analyzed. Results The levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP and HbA1c of CHD group were significantly different with those of non-CHD group(P〈0.05). HbA1c had significantly positive correlations with count of coronary artery lesion and Gensini score of coronary artery(P〈0.05). Conclusions The level of HbA1c is positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesion in patients with CHD. The level of HbA1c can be used to predict the degree of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease,which has important predictive value for prosnosis.
