优质综合护理在微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Qualified Nursing for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients Treated with Minimally Invasive Removal of Intracranial Hematoma

目的探讨优质综合护理在微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月至2016年6月我院收治的80例高血压脑出血患者,所有患者均采用微创颅内血肿清除术进行治疗,将患者随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组患者采用常规的外科护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予优质综合护理,观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率和死亡率显著低于对照组患者,观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组患者,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的高血压脑出血患者采取优质综合护理,不仅可降低患者的死亡率和并发症发生率,还能提高患者的护理满意度,具有显著的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive qualified nursing for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma. Methods 80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine surgical nursing measures,while the observation group received comprehensive qualified nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical nursing effect was observed. Results The incidence of complications and mortality rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the satisfaction degree to nursing was significantly higher than that of control group（all P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive qualified nursing for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma has significant clinical effect,which can not only reduce the mortality rate and incidence of complications,but also improve patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing.
