摘要
目的研究剖宫产产妇使用针对性护理措施对预防产褥感染的效果。方法选择2014年6月至2016年10月在我院接受剖宫产的68例产妇,随机分为两组各34例。对照组产妇采用常规护理,观察组产妇在常规护理基础上给予针对性护理干预。结果干预后,观察组产妇的乳腺炎、产褥感染、会阴伤口感染发生率均显著低于对照组,母乳喂养率、子宫复旧率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的护理满意度为94.1%,显著高于对照组产妇的67.6%(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预应用于剖宫产手术后产褥期产妇中可显著降低产妇的产褥感染发生率,提高产妇的护理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing measures to prevent puerperal infection in parturients with cesarean delivery. Methods 68 cases of parturients with cesarean delivery in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Results After intervention,the incidences of mastitis,puerperal infection and perineal wound infection of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the breast feeding rate and uterine involution rate were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was 94.1%,significantly higher than 67.6% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention for puerperal women after cesarean delivery can reduce the incidence of puerperal infection,and improve parturients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing.
