全程计划性健康教育对婴儿肝炎综合征患儿的护理效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨全程计划性健康教育对婴儿肝炎综合征患儿的护理效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2015年12月收治的700例婴儿肝炎综合征患儿,随机均分为两组。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予全程计划性健康教育护理,观察两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组患儿的疗效及临床症状改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对婴儿肝炎综合征患儿实施全程计划性健康教育护理,有利于改善临床症状,提高治愈率,缩短治疗时间。 Objective To explore the nursing effect of whole-course planning health education on infants with hepatitis syndrome.Methods A total of 700 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received regular nursing,while the observation group received whole-course planning health education. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the curative effect and improvement of clinical symptoms(P〈0.05). Conclusions The whole-course planning health education for infantile hepatitis syndrome can help to improve infants' clinical symptoms,improve the cure rate and shorten the treatment time.
