产后综合护理对妊娠高血压疾病患者的效果观察

Effect of Postpartum Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

目的探讨产后综合护理对妊娠高血压疾病患者的临床效果。方法选取我院自2015年9月至2016年8月收治的139例妊娠高血压疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组69例患者给予常规护理,观察组70例患者在常规护理的基础上给予产后综合护理,比较两组患者的临床疗效、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、治疗依从性、产后子痫发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的总有效率为91.43%,显著高于对照组的49.28%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,治疗依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的产后子痫发生率为38.57%,显著低于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05)。结论产后综合护理对妊娠高血压疾病患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的不良情绪,降低产后子痫等并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of postpartum comprehensive nursing on patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods 139 cases of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 69 cases of control group were given regular nursing,while 70 cases of observation group received postpartum comprehensive nursing on the basis of regular nursing. The clinical curative effect,self-rating depression scale（SDS） score,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score,treatment compliance,incidence of postpartum eclampsia,and satisfaction degree to nursing were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.43%,significantly higher than 49.28% of control group（P〈0.05）. After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the treatment compliance was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postpartum eclampsia of observation group was 38.57%,significantly lower than 73.91% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Postpartum comprehensive nursing has significant clinical effect on patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,which can effectively improve patients＇ unhealthy emotion,reduce the incidence of complications such as postpartum eclampsia,and improve patients＇ satisfaction degree.
