摘要
大批90后员工已走入职场,他们在给企业带来生机与活力的同时,也给管理者带来了很大的挑战。企业可以从心理契约的视角出发,采取相应的管理策略:一方面,强化心理契约的全程动态管理;另一方面,在具体实践中可以采取刚柔相济的管理方式,并努力拓展职业发展空间,以构建和维护90后员工的心理契约,增强其工作满意度和组织忠诚度。
A large number of employees born in the 1990s has entered the job market. They have brought vigor and vitality to the enterprise, and at the same time, also brought great challenges to management. Based on the perspec- tive of psychological contract, the Enterprises can adopt the corresponding management measures : On the one hand,to strengthen the management in the whole process of the psychological contract;on the other hand, to adopt man- agement measures between hardness and softness, and to expand career development pace. Meanwhile, it will in- crease their job satisfaction and the loyalty to the enterprise.
