子宫内膜病理变化与不孕症的关系

Study on relationship between endometrial pathologic changes and infertility

目的探讨子宫内膜的病理变化与不孕症关系。方法收集2012年57例不孕症患者的子宫内膜组织切片作为试验组,66例流产患者的子宫内膜组织切片作为对照组,对比进行病理学分析。结果对照组子宫内膜全部呈增生期改变;27例原发性不孕患者中24例(88.89%)呈增生性改变,3例(11.11%)呈分泌性改变;30例继发性不孕患者中21例(70.00%)呈增生性改变,9例(30.00%)呈分泌性改变。结论本研究中不孕症患者子宫内膜病理改变增生占多数,不孕症与子宫内膜的病理改变有关,子宫内膜病理学检查是诊断女性不孕一项有效实用的方法,可为治疗和病因提供参考。

Objective To explore the relationship between the endometrial pathologic changes and the infertility.Methods The endometrial tissue sections in 57 cases of infertility during 2012 were collected as the experimental group and which in 66 cases of abortion were collected as the control group for conducting the comparison and pathological analysis.Results The endometrium in the control group showed the hyperplasia change;among 27 cases of infertility,24cases（88.89%）showed hyperplasia change and 3cases showed the secretory change;among 30 cases of secondary infertility,21cases（70.00%）showed the hyperplasia change and 9cases（30.00%）showed in the secretory change（30.00%）.Conclusion The majority of endometrial pathological changes in the patients with infertility are hyperplastic change.Infertility is closely associated with the endometrial pathologic change.The endometrial pathological examiantion is an effective and practical method to diagnosing female infertility and provides reference for its diagnosis and etiology
