新建隧道上跨既有输水洞的施工控制技术

摘要 介绍新建衢州至宁德铁路(福建段)站前工程QNFJZQ-4标段九都隧道需要上跨一条既有输水洞,施工过程中采取了多项施工控制措施,尤其是使用多段毫秒雷管分段起爆,控制每一响爆炸的用药量,大大减小爆破对既有输水洞围岩的震动,确保了既有输水洞的安全,成功地完成这段隧道的施工任务。 This paper introduced the project of bid section QNFJZQ-4 in the newly-built Quzhou-Ningde Railway (Fujian Section) where Jiudu Tunnel needs to cross over an existed water-transporting culvert. Many construction methods were adopted. Particularly, segmented blasting of millisecond detonators with a controlled dosage of explosives greatly reduced shock of explosion to surrounding rock of culvert, so as to guarantee the safety of water-transporting culvert, and then successfully finished construction of such a part of tunnel.
