循环加压冷敷系统于PLIF手术术后的临床应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨循环加压冷敷系统(Cryf/cuff Systems)对腰椎PLIF手术后患者手术切口疼痛、伤口引流量的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2015年12月于我院行腰椎PLIF手术的患者52例,随机分为观察组和对照组各26例,对照组术后按照骨科护理常规护理,观察组在骨科护理常规的基础上,术后即开始应用循环加压冷敷系统处理,记录两组患者不同时间的切口VAS疼痛评分、伤口引流量、患者伤口并发症情况。结果两组患者于术后6小时的VAS评分和伤口引流量差异均无统计学意义(>0.05),观察组在术后12、24、48小时的VAS评分和伤口引流量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),两组患者伤口均未发生不良反应。结论循环加压冷敷系统能显著降低腰椎PLIF手术术后手术切口疼痛、伤口引流量,且操作简便,具有良好的应用和推广价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cryf/cuff Systems for PLIF surgery patients with incision pain and wound drainage. Methods A total of 52 cases of lumbar PLIF surgical patients were selected from Jan 2015 to Dec 2015 in our hospital which randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 26 cases. The control group was treat with orthopaedic routine nursing, and the observation group treat with Cryf/cuff Systems base on the orthopaedic routine nursing. The VAS pain score of incision, the wound drainage and the wound complications of two groups were recorded to analysis the results. Results The two groups of patients in postoperative 6h VAS score and the wound drainage had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). The observation group ofVAS score and the wound drainage in 12, 24, 48h after surgery was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). All patients in the two groups has no wound complications. Conclusion Cryf/cuff Systems can significantly reduce postoperative incision pain and wound drainage after lumbar PLIF surgery, which easy to operate and has the good application and promotional value.
