侧钻小套管井开采工艺中常见问题分析与对策

PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURE RESEARCH ON OIL PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF SIDETRACKING SMALL CASED WELL

随着油田开发的不断深入,可采储量会越来越少,挖潜难度将不断增大,利用老井进行开窗侧钻并配以小套管采油,已成为开采老油田剩余油、提高采收率的重要手段。由于小套管井井筒直径小、井身结构复杂,常规的举升、封堵等开采工艺无法满足其开采要求,并随着小套管井应用规模增加,开采中遇到的问题也逐渐增多。通过对侧钻小套管井开采工艺中常见问题进行综合分析,提出解决问题的方法对策,对侧钻小套管井的合理有效开采具有指导作用。

With the development of oilfield, recoverable reserves will be less and less, the tapping potential of oilwill be more difficult,it's an important means to exploit remaining recoverable reserves and enhance oil recoveryin the old field, by the sidetracking and small casing. Due to the small diameter of well casing and the complicat-ed structure of wellbore,the conventional lifting and plugging technology can not meet the exploiting technology.With the increase of the application scale of small cased hole, the problems in exploiting are also increasing.Through the comprehensive analysis of the common problems in the small cased hole, the method and counter-measures are put forward to guide the rational and effective exploitation of sidetracking small cased well.
