“工学结合”培养模式下高职院校思想政治教育路径探析

Study on Solutions of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Mode of Work Study Combination

随着高等职业教育教学质量的全面提高,高职院校不断深化以"工学结合"为重要切入点的人才培养模式改革,形成了校企协同育人的办学模式。然而在"工学结合"模式推进的过程中,"工学结合"对高职院校思想政治教育工作提出了新的挑战。在学生顶岗实习期间,出现了高职院校与企业的思想政治教育衔接模糊化等问题。高职院校应积极探析解决对策以及创新思想政治教育方法,才能进一步巩固和提高高职院校的思想政治教育成果。

With the overall improvement of teaching quality of higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges continue to deepen the reform of talent cultivation mode,which is an important entry point of ＂ work study combination＂,and form school and enterprise cooperation education mode.However,in the process of ＂ work study combination＂,the combination of work and study puts forward new challenges to the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.During the internship of students＇ post,there are some problems such as fuzzy connection between the higher vocational colleges and enterprises ideological and political education.Higher vocational colleges should present the positive analysis of countermeasures and the innovation of the ideological and political education method which can further consolidate and improve the ideological and political education achievements in higher vocational colleges.
