推进综合改革“四坚持” 推动学校整体转型发展——以成都工业学院为例

摘要 为了真正落实学校整体转型发展,必须以应用型人才培养为核心,专业改革为突破,协同育人为主线,创新创业教育为抓手,内部管理体制改革为保障,来深化学校内部综合改革。针对学校目前转型发展中存在的办学资金短缺、相关统计数据或信息获取困难、政策限制、教师积极性不高等问题,提出了相应的对策建议。 In order to truly implement the overall cultivation of applied talents as the core, take treat the effort of collaborative education as the ship education as the starting point. We must ment system. In regard of the problems existing the shortage of funds for running the university transformation-driven development, we must regard the the reform of academic programs as a breakthrough main line, and deem the innovation and entrepreneur- deepen the comprehensive reform of internal manage- in the current transformation and development such as , the difficulty of obtaining relevant statistical data or information, the restriction of policy and low level of teachers' enthusiasm and passion, the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
