Contradictory Factors in the First Cooperation between the KMT and the CPC

在第一次国共合作形成过程中 ,国民党之于合作是出于内外交困的逆境 ,中国共产党之于合作是因为远大的阶级目标和本身相对弱小的阶级力量 ,苏俄之于合作是根源于其国际环境的恶化与巩固新政权的需要。这一系列矛盾因素的彼此互动 。

In the early twenty centuries,the KMT could accept the proposition of the cooperation, for it was being beset with difficulties both at home and abroad. And the CPC insisted on the cooperation, owing to its long class-aim and relatively weak class-strength. The Soviet Union approved of the cooperation in order to consolidate its new political power and deal with the deteriorating international situation. Through the mutual interaction of these contradictory factors, the first cooperation of CPC-KMT came to be true.
