结合PCB表面离子含量测试的原理和方法,对离子色谱的测试方法、校准方法、淋洗方式、装置与维护保养进行了实际验证,摸索总结了一整套精确测试的方法,尽最大可能地降低误差。
Combined with the principle and method of testing the surface of PCB ion content, test method and calibration method for ion chromatography, elution method, device and maintenance of the actual verification, summarized a set of methods of accurate measurement, the maximum extent possible to reduce the error.
