摘要
通过对汽车变速箱各种不同类型和不同参数的修形齿轮在实际运用当中对系统整体传动特点的影响和对修行齿轮传动误差的影响规律进行了总结和分析;通过分析和总结之后说明:对修行齿轮的齿顶进行适当的修缘能够有效的降低对齿轮啮合的干扰和影响;对齿形进行修正能够使齿顶和齿根互相干扰的情况得到良好的改善;对齿向鼓形进行修正能够使接触应力所产生的偏载情况得到良好的改善。
The different types and parameters of automobile gearbox are summarized and analyzed on the syste m and practice of transmission characteristics influence; through the analysis and summary of practice show s that: the gear tooth top right edge can effectively reduce the interference and the influence of gear mes hing; the tooth profile correction is improved; the tooth crown is modified to make partially load contact stress generated by good improvement.
