加速康复外科理念在肝切除术中的应用

Application of enhanced recovery after surgery in liver resection

加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念近年来被广泛应用于外科领域,该理念通过优化围手术期处理相关措施,从而缓解手术创伤对术后患者造成的应激反应,降低术后并发症率,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,达到患者快速康复的目的。ERAS理念应用于肝切除术逐渐被接受但尚未广泛开展。我们从术前准备、术中措施、术后管理等方面就加速康复理念在肝切除术中应用的经验加以总结,从而证明ERAS理念在肝切除术中应用是安全有效的,其不仅改变传统肝脏外科的治疗模式,也为肝脏外科向精准化及微创化发展提供保证。

Enhanced recovery after surgery（ERAS） had been widely applied in surgery in recent years. The concept by optimizing the perioperative management procedures that would moderate postoperative stress, reduce postoperative complications, shorten the hospitalization time, save hospitalization expenses and enhance patients＇ recovery. In recent years, ERAS concept had successfully applied in liver resection. According to the outcomes of ERAS procedures in liver resection in our hospital, we summarized the experiences of the preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative managements. It concludes that ERAS concept applied in liver resection was safe and effective, especially in moderating the surgical stress reaction, reducing the postoperative complications, shortening postoperative hospital stay and reducing hospitalization expenses. ERAS not only changed the traditional thinking mode of liver surgery, but also provided a broader platform for the development of liver surgery.
