四川省2016年小反刍兽疫免疫抗体监测与分析

Surveillance and Analysis of Immune Antibodies on Peste des Petits Ruminants in Sichuan Province in 2016

小反刍兽疫是由小反刍兽疫病毒感染小反刍兽的一种急性、烈性、接触性传染病,该病对我国畜牧业发展造成了极其严重的影响。为了解四川省2016年小反刍兽疫免疫抗体情况,我们分别在两次集中免疫后,从四川省42个县采集2 557份羊血清,采用竞争ELISA法进行小反刍兽疫免疫抗体检测,结果有1 833份样品免疫合格,免疫合格率为71.69%。

Peste des petits ruminants （PPR） is a severe acute, potent, contagious infection on ruminants. This disease caused extremely serious influence on the development of animal husbandry in China. In order to understand the immune antibody of PPR in Sichuan province, 2 557 samples of goat serum from 42 counties were collected after two concentrated immunization in 2016. Competitive ELISA was used to detect immune antibody of PPR, of which l 833 samples had qualified immunity and the immune qualified rate was 71.69%.
