新型城镇化背景下长江经济带城市生态空间规划引导研究——以武汉市为例

Research on the Urban Ecological Space Planning Guide of Yangtze River Economic Zone under New Urbanization:A Case of Wuhan

本文首先解读新型城镇化的内涵,认为新型城镇化背景下,长江经济带城市生态空间建设至关重要;然后分析国内城市生态用地建设的主要模式及其与新型城镇化的适应性,提出新型城镇化过程中城市生态空间发展的两大趋势为生态用地功能化及城乡统筹发展:最后在分析武汉市生态控制区现状及问题的基础上,提出武汉城市生态空间规划引导的思路:一是统筹规划,建立产业·镇·村体系;二是加强管治,坚守生态底线;三是政策支持,促进生态功能发挥。

This paper interprets the connotation of new urbanization first, and believes that urban ecological space construction in the Yangtze river economic zone is of great significance in the context of new urbanization; then, the main mode of the domestic urban ecological land construction and its adaptability with the new urbanization are analysed, and the paper proposes that two trends of urban ecological space development in the process of new urbanization are the functionalization of ecological land and urban and urban-rural integrated planning; eventually, on the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of ecological control area in wuhan city, the thinking of Wuhan urban ecological space planning guide is put tbrward： the first is the integrated planning to build the industry-town-village system; the second is the intensive governance to stick to the ecological bottom line; the third is the policy support to promote the performance of ecological function.
