This paper investigates internet information resources and their features,such as tremedous quantities,disorder in the mass and being dynamic based on the analysis of internet development and charateristics.It discusses the theoretical meaning of developing and using internet information reources,and probes into the actuality and development of databases online and search engines which serve as the form and tool for internet information resource's exploitation and using.
