龙滩水力发电厂投产以来积极探索机组检修管理模式,形成了具有自身特色的机组检修项目经理负责制,并引入了机组检修监理制,有效的控制了检修项目的投资、进度、质量、安全等环节。龙滩电厂现正稳步推进点检定修制,积极采用在线监测与诊断分析、机组稳定性装置等技术手段。

Longtan Hydropower Plant aetively explores the maintenance management mode of unit since being put into operation, and it has formed a specific manager responsibility system of unit maintenance project and introduced unit maintenance supervision system. The practice has effectively controlled the investment, progress, quality and security of maintenance project. The point inspection and periodical repairing system is steadily advanced, and the on-line monitoring and diagnostic analysis system and unit stability devices are also actively used in Longtan Hydropower Plant.
