摘要
龙滩水电站作为南方电网重要的调峰调频电厂,其自动发电控制(AGC)的安全性能对电网及发电厂的安全稳定至关重要。对龙滩电厂一次自动发电控制(AGC)的负荷异常调节情况进行了测试与深入剖析,提出AGC程序的负荷分配策略,不适用在"造成AGC调节异常满足的条件"工况下运行,因此策略需在原有逻辑不变的基础上针对该特殊情况作出进一步优化。
As an important peak and frequency modulation power plant in China Southern Power Grid, the safety performance of Automatic Generation Control (AGC) of Longtan Hydropower Station is vital importance to the safety and stability of Grid and power plant. The abnormal load regulation of AGC in Longtan Hydropower Plant is tested and analyzed, and it believed that the load distribution strategy of AGC is not suitable for operation under the conditions that caused abnormal AGC regulation. So the load regulation of AGC need to be optimized for solving above problem without changing the original logic of load regulation of AGC.
