摘要
在论述了传统结晶过程中存在的能耗过高、结晶困难、纯度较低等问题的基础上,论述了溶液结晶与真空、溶析、萃取相结合的新型耦合工艺以及熔融结晶与精馏、萃取相结合的新型耦合工艺的研究进展。针对传统结晶手段无法获得大小在几微米甚至纳米级的结晶颗粒这一问题,介绍了新型超临界流体结晶技术在超微细造粒方面的研究情况,并对其今后结晶工艺的研究方向和内容进行了展望。
Based on the analysis of the problems of high energy consumption,difficult crystallization,and low purity in the traditional crystallization process,the progress of new coupling crystallization techniques combined with vacuum,dissolution,extraction,as well as the melt crystallization combined with distillation and extraction was discussed.For the problem of crystalline particles with a size of several micrometers or even nanometers can not be obtained by the conventional crystallization means,the application of supercritical fluid crystallization in the superfine granulation was also introduced.The expectation for the further researches on these new coupling crystallizations was also prospected.
